Teen Titans

Fighting for truth, justice and the last slice of pizza, these five superheroes are living proof you're never too young to save the planet. Protecting Earth and beyond, the Teen Titans use martial arts and gadgetry to battle villains.

Teen Titans (2003-2006) is an American animated superhero series created for The WB and Cartoon Network, with a Warner Bros. Animation production. Its five teen heroes, led by the strategic Robin (Scott Menville), the hot-headed Beast Boy (Greg Cipes), the armored Cyborg (Khary Payton), the brooding empath Raven (Tara Strong) and the fiery alien Starfire (Hynden Walch), operate out of a tower base and protect Earth and beyond. Across five seasons of sixty-five episodes, the team uses martial arts, gadgetry and teamwork to battle a steady stream of villains, mixing standalone adventures with a larger continuing storyline. The engine is simple and energetic: each episode pits the group against a new threat while the friends bicker, joke and bond over pizza. Fast-paced action sequences and bright, anime influenced visuals give the show a playful tone, with moments of warmth and heart about found family. Set in a contemporary present, it suits viewers who enjoy kid-friendly superhero stories. Fans of Young Justice, Justice League Unlimited and Avatar: The Last Airbender will find resonance here.

Audiences generally regard the series as a positive, fun superhero animation with strong character chemistry and an appealing blend of action and humor.
