100 días para enamorarnos

Two couples who struggle to be near each other decide to give another chance for each other, 100 days for them to fall back in love.

100 días para enamorarnos (2020-2021) is a Spanish-language American telenovela created by Ricardo Alvarez Canales for Telemundo. Two couples who struggle to stay close to one another agree to give their relationships another chance, racing against a hundred-day window to fall back in love. The protagonist Constanza Franco (Ilse Salas) and Remedios Rivera (Mariana Treviño) anchor the series, with Erick Elías as Plutarco Cuesta, David Chocarro as Emiliano Leon and Sylvia Sáenz as Jimena Sosa woven through the romantic entanglements. Its engine is the countdown itself: each episode tests whether old resentments and new temptations can be overcome before the deadline runs out. Across two seasons and ninety-two episodes, the story moves through familiar telenovela pleasures of rekindled passion, family interference, and melodramatic reversals. Its tone blends sentimental romance with light comedy and warm domestic drama. Fans of Yo soy Betty, la fea and Pasión de Gavilanes will find resonance in its heightened emotions and devoted love-triangle energy, and fans of Jane the Virgin will recognize its comic romantic momentum. Set in contemporary United States Latino communities, it is a cozy, emotional romance built for viewers who enjoy long, character-driven love stories.

Audience reception is mixed, with the series viewed as a lighthearted telenovela-style romantic comedy whose premise of rekindling relationships holds some appeal but whose execution draws low ratings.
